Kayla's niece wasn't able to make it to her wedding. As Kayla was nominated for Taupo's Bride of the Year, we took advantage of the fact that Kayla got to wear her wedding dress again, and we snapped some moments albeit in the rain with her lovely niece.

Beautiful, Winter wedding, at Chateau Tongariro, Earthy bold florals, Torrin and Kyle, Wild Hearts. Intimate family wedding, in the snow of Mt Ruapehu
The weather couldn't stop these two wonderful people from joining together as one at the Chateau Tongariro Hotel on sunday! We even had some snow falling during our jaunt up the mountain for our romantic session. But there certainly isn't a damper on this couples spirits regardless of how wet they got! The fog and snow just added to those perfect moody tones and vibes!

Hailey pearce and Taylor were honeymooning in the North Island of New Zealand; when I was lucky enough to meet up with them at Mt Ruapehu.
It was absolutely freezing up on the mountain. All four seasons took place at once. We had sunshine, and in but a split second the fog comes creeping in almost like a shadow all around us and with it, the most beautiful rainbow, like a smile over the mountain. It was absolutely beautiful.

"He was a punk, she did ballet; what more can I say?" These gorgeous people joined in Matrimony at Taupo’s Anglican church, St Andrew’s.
The weather certainly put on a show of spectacular light and tones whilst they frolicked in the long grass of Whakaipo Bay for their portraits, warmed with an excellent cup of tea! Are you even English if you don't drink tea during your portraits?
The bride wore her mothers dress, and we even recreated her parents wedding photograph! Such a special day!

This gorgeous couple tied the knot on the banks of the lake with their friends and family on Saturday afternoon. The stunning moody sky reflected on the lake creating such a stunning vibe. All the best as you embark on your journey together as man + wife.
It was Sommer’s 40th birthday and people travelled from all around the world. They came and camped at Pheonix Valley, Tauranga in glamping tents, and they had no mobile signal and were separated from the world for 3 days. They arrived and were lead to the end of the property where there was a sign informing them to sit down. Sommer came and they had their wedding ceremony and then had three gorgeous day’s with family and friends to celebrate! It was amazing to witness.
This amazing couple braved the elements and nevertheless persisted a journey to Catherdral Cove for their photography, and my oh my was it worth it. You can feel the love in their gorgeous expressions of adoration.

Shanita and Aaron got engaged after a helicopter ride around the mountains of the South Island, so it was only fitting they had their engagement photos showcase that dreamy mountain landscape. They chose Mt Ruapehu in the North Island I had the opportunity was there to capture the incredible sunset with them.
Candice contacted me exactly two days before we did this shoot. We met at dusk at Taupo Spa Thermal Park in Taupo New Zealand. And together we danced all around and had a ball of a night giggling whilst capturing this special and unique couple.
